Utilizing a full service rapid prototyping service bureau that provides a wide range of rapid prototypes to numerous customers in many industries. We offer design services to produce a 3D CAD model of your concept. If you have an existing design, we can use a number of rapid prototyping technologies to fabricate your part. Stereolithography (SL) is the most popular technique we offer, it has a quick turn-around and exceptional accuracy. Our two Viper si2 SLA machines can produce very intricate, clear, small parts, our two SLA7000 machines can produce large parts fast, and our SLA3500 produces parts in a ABS-like resin. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) can produce parts in a porous nylon material, a material with elastomeric properties, or metal. Our Urethane casting process can produce a mold suitable for short-run (quantities up to 25) rapid prototyping in a variety of urethanes, many able to mimic any important physical properties you require. Our Rotocasting technique can produce rapid-prototypes of many thin walled hollow parts.

When your requirements dictate prototype parts in the final material, be it plastic or metal, our trained staff will provide you with manufacturability recommendations and appropriate rapid tooling. Using investment castings (wax castings) or Quick Cast patterns, you can have machined metal castings in a matter of weeks. If your final material is plastic, our trained plastics engineers can provide you with prototype injection tooling and parts in just a few weeks.
