History

Michael Pagnotta started the company in 1995 as a sole-proprietor. The company incorporated in June 1996 as Pagnotta Engineering, Inc. Mike Pagnotta and John Callahan joined forces upon incorporation, John becoming Vice President. Two years later Alex DiEdwardo was hired as the Engineering Manager. Over the years PEI has grown to nine engineers.
